Credit Cards

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.  If you choose to pay using the PayPal service, payment data will be stored by them in accordance with their policies. PayPal Privacy Policy.

Delivery Policy

When you place an order via our online store, items will be dispatched within 5 working days.  We will advise you if, due to availability, there will be a delay in the dispatch.  Items will be delivered via Royal Mail where possible.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order immediately by emailing amanda@northshots.com.  In the event your goods have been dispatched, you may cancel your contract from the time it is placed and within 7 working days after the day of receipt of your goods for a full refund.  If you receive any items from an order you have cancelled then you must keep them safe and return them to us within 14 days of receiving them.  Please return items to Northshots, Ballintean, Glenfeshie, Kingussie, PH21 1NX.
