Booking your trip
- We recommend that you carefully read the relevant trip itinerary to ensure you have chosen the most appropriate trip.
- We can accept reservations by phone or by e-mail and we can hold your place for a period of 14 days, pending receipt of a completed booking form and the appropriate deposit.
- If you would prefer to book online, please use the button on each tour page. Alternatively, you can print off a booking form and send this to us by post. Please ensure you read our terms and conditions .Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
- If you are in possession of a Northshots Loyalty Club voucher, please forward this with your completed booking form.
- Upon receipt of your completed booking form, we shall confirm your booking by e-mail (or post). Balance payments are due 63 days before the tour commences and the date by which the balance is payable will be notified in our letter of confirmation.
- It is a requirement for all of our tours that guests take out suitable insurance cover. You can download and print our Insurance Indemnity Declaration as part of our booking form or you can complete this online. We must receive this declaration prior to the selected tour commencing.
